Biography
Patrick D. Kenneally is an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on white collar defense, products liability, employment law, environmental law, and other complex civil litigation and general counsel matters.
Before returning to private practice, Patrick was an elected State’s Attorney for McHenry County, Illinois, where he successfully litigated complex felony cases, including high profile prosecutions for murder and other violent crimes, drug trafficking, and child protection. In 2013, Patrick worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where he implemented its Midwest strategy across state regulatory, utility, and legislative levels, advancing polices to reduce pollution emissions and promote affordable, clean energy.
