M&A and Construction Lawyer

BLG seeks two team-oriented mid-level associates, part or full time. Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years transactional experience in mergers & acquisition, procurements, construction projects, utilities and infrastructure major projects and/or PPPs. Candidates should have experience of EPC, FIDIC, Construct Only and Design & Construct contracts. All candidates should have large firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Commercial Litigation & Administrative Lawyer
- Years of Experience: 3-6
- Location: Remote
BLG seeks two team-oriented mid-level associates, part or full time. Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years significant experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, preparing for and/or taking depositions or witness interviews, and experience challenging regulatory enforcement actions and challenges to agency regulations and other federal and state agency actions. All candidates should have large firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
