Biography
Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University where he was a member of the Men’s basketball team. He then attended Pepperdine Caruso School of Law where he graduated in 2022. At Pepperdine, he was a founding member of the school’s religious liberty clinic where he assisted with drafting various amicus briefs at the federal circuit level. Further, Ryan served as a judicial law clerk for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Rwanda for a term where he helped resolve novel issues of constitutional and international law. In addition, Ryan attended the Blackstone Legal Fellowship, served as the symposium editor for the Pepperdine Journal of Business Entrepreneurship and the Law, and was a full-time research assistant for Professor Robert Cochran.
After finishing law school, Ryan was a term clerk on the Northern District of Texas for the Honorable Judge Mark T. Pittman, where he assisted in handling one of the busiest federal dockets in the country.
