Biography
Connor Mighell is a commercial litigator focusing on environmental and energy sector disputes and enforcement. Before joining Burke Law Group, Connor worked at a leading public-interest firm representing clients on administrative litigation and for the Attorney General of Texas in the Civil Litigation Division. Connor clerked for Judge Brantley Starr of the U.S. Northern District of Texas and Judge Don R. Willett of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
