Biography
Norman Levedahl represents companies across various industries on corporate law and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, structuring and governance, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, financings, commercial contracts and general corporate counsel. Norman’s representation includes strategic counseling to early stage startups across a variety of sectors. Norman’s experience also includes representing companies on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and financings.
Before returning to private practice, Norman led the mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnership legal function for a publicly traded healthcare company with over $3 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that, Norman served as senior investment counsel at the California Public Employees’ Retirement System with responsibility over its private investment portfolio consisting of $40 billion in assets held globally. Norman began his legal career in the corporate and finance practice of a large California based law firm.
