Relevant experience would include constitutional law, civil litigation, section 1983 and and civil rights, with a specialization in Title VII and Title IX internal and administrative investigations, free speech and due process. Litigation & Administrative Law

Burke Law Group seeks a senior associate or counsel with 7+ years of experience for its Litigation and Administrative Law practice. Qualified candidates will have experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, preparing for and/or taking depositions or witness interviews, and experience challenging regulatory enforcement actions and challenges to agency regulations and other federal and state agency actions. All candidates should have large firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Amicus and appellate brief drafting would also be relevant to the practice.
