Biography
Abigail Hornsby is a litigator with extensive experience in appellate and civil litigation in federal and state courts. Before joining Burke Law Group, Abigail worked at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, where she handled criminal appeals. She represents clients in high-stakes federal and state court proceedings in business disputes, administrative and regulatory litigation, and matters involving government entities at all stages of litigation from filing to final appeals.
