Biography
Jason Conger’s practice focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactions, including debt and equity financings, restructurings, joint ventures, and stock and bond offerings. For over 20 years, he has advised companies in the healthcare, energy, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and software industries. Jason has represented individual and institutional investors in numerous public and private transactions throughout North America and in Europe and Asia and served on the board of directors of multiple private companies and charities. He is a former member of the Oregon House of Representatives, a teaching fellow at the Harvard University Department of Government and the Harvard Law School Berkman Center, and an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law. Jason was previously a corporate partner at a large Pacific Northwest law firm and began his legal career as a corporate attorney at an AmLaw 50 law firm. Before he began practicing law, Jason served four years as a Congressional aide and was involved in the development and management of several private companies.
