Biography
John DiPasquale III is a versatile real estate transactional lawyer. John focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and interests in real estate; single-asset and multi-asset real estate financing transactions; the creation of joint ventures for the ownership, development and management of real estate assets; and commercial leasing. John has experience in transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office, multifamily, hotels and resorts, marinas, manufactured housing, planned communities (residential and commercial), gas stations, retail and industrial properties.
John was previously a real estate transactional attorney at an AmLaw 50 firm, where he represented institutional real estate investors, owners, operators and developers in a national real estate practice.
