Kyle Farmer

Biography

Kyle Farmer assists clients with a wide range of immigration issues, including cases involving the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and undocumented unaccompanied minors to facilitate their release to a sponsor and handle their removal defense in immigration court. He formed Farmer Law PC, an immigration law firm based in Texas, where he has practiced immigration law across a broad range of employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian matters. His practice includes H-2A and H-2B temporary labor certification programs, TN professional worker visas, EB-3 and PERM labor certification for skilled and unskilled workers, H-1B specialty occupation visas, R-1 religious worker visas, EB-1A, EB-1C, and O-1A extraordinary ability and multinational executive petitions, VAWA self-petitions for survivors of domestic violence, and asylum consultations.
