Burke Law Group has been recognized in the Chambers USA 2026 Guide across three categories, a milestone that reflects the firm’s growing standing in environmental and commercial litigation, and the strength of its client relationships.

Chambers and Partners has ranked the world’s leading lawyers and law firms for more than 30 years. Its rankings draw on independent research and in-depth interviews with clients and peers, recognizing excellence in legal practice, innovation, and sustained performance at the highest level. This year, that recognition extended to the firm and two of its attorneys:

Burke Law Group Recognized in Texas: Environment. Chambers noted the firm’s work in environmental health and safety, “regularly working with clients on compliance and risk evaluation as well as crises and enforcement actions,” adding that the team “offers clients the additional benefit of significant government experience.” The ranking places Burke Law Group among a field dominated by the nation’s largest firms, a notable distinction for a boutique built on senior-level attention and deep client relationships.

Marcella Burke Recognized in Texas: Environment. The firm’s Chairman was cited for her “considerable expertise in environment and natural resource matters” and her “significant experience in the Trump and Abbott administrations.” One client told Chambers her client service, sophistication, and commercial vision were each “ten out of ten.”

Paul B. Simon Recognized in Louisiana: Litigation: General Commercial. Ranked for three consecutive years, Chambers recognized Simon’s work across a range of commercial litigation matters, “often assisting companies from the energy and natural resources sector,” along with his expertise in appeals and arbitrations.
