Marcella Burke was quoted in The Free Press regarding the federal government’s prosecution of Dr. Eithan Haim, a whistleblower who exposed continued gender-affirming care for minors at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Haim was charged after disclosing that the hospital continued to provide gender-affirming care for minors despite its public statements to the contrary.

At a hearing on December 3, Judge David Hittner moved the pretrial conference to February, meaning that the case will proceed under a Trump Justice Department.

Burke, one of Dr. Haim’s attorneys, was quoted in the article, stating: “We feel very confident that Dr. Haim will be vindicated.”
